The Slick Products Fine Grade Clay Towel uses a flexible 12 x 12 inch synthetic clay surface to remove bonded contaminants like fallout, overspray, road grime, and other junk your regular wash leaves behind. The larger towel design is easy to fold, grip, and control as you work across paint and glass. Just wash your ride, add plenty of lubrication, and glide the towel across the surface until rough paint feels Slick. When you're done, rinse it clean, reuse it, and move on to polishing, wax, sealant, or ceramic protection.

Directions

Thoroughly wash and rinse your vehicle first to remove loose dirt, sand, and grit.

Working on a cool surface out of direct sunlight, generously apply a compatible clay lubricant to a small section of paint or glass.

Place the clay side of the towel against the lubricated surface and gently glide it back and forth using light pressure. Do not scrub or use the Clay Towel dry. Keep the working area wet and well lubricated throughout the process.

You'll typically feel some resistance as the towel passes over contaminated areas. As the bonded contaminants are removed, the towel should begin to glide more freely and the surface will feel smoother.

Wipe the area with a clean microfiber towel, check the surface, and move on to the next section. Rinse the Clay Towel frequently while working to remove collected contaminants.

Care Tip

Thoroughly rinse the synthetic clay surface with clean water after each use to remove collected contaminants and residue. Allow the towel to air dry completely, then store it somewhere clean and protected from dirt, sand, and debris.

If you drop the towel, stop using it and thoroughly rinse and inspect the clay surface before putting it back on your vehicle. If grit or abrasive debris cannot be completely removed, do not continue using it on delicate surfaces.
