If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any of our wash kits, you can return your wash kit from for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase OR if you have any products that were damaged upon arrival you can exchange the products or receive a full refund within (30) days from the date of your purchase.

Returns or Exchange Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected by Slick’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  3. Please keep make sure to submit your tracking info on your returns process and keep RMA information until you have received credit or exchange.
